Days Inn by Wyndham Monroe NC

NEVER stay at the Days Inn in Monroe, NC at 611 E.W. Roosevelt Blvd. The rooms look nothing like they do online. They got people staying there that sell drugs and the girls are selling themselves. There was no shower curtain in my bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush they jimmy rigged it and they told me to keep the bathroom door closed so the air conditioner wouldn’t go out the vent in the bathroom. I asked for a room change and I was denied. I was scared to sleep on the sheets becuz there was stains on the white part of the blanket, there was hair on my pillow (I haven’t even laid down yet) . There was a brown spot on the side of the mattress a cigarette burn spot in the blanket. I laid on top of the bed and slept under a blanket from home. Paint was bubbles up and peeling the bath tub was nasty. The pool area was covered with a nasty dirty plastic cover and the paint on the rails were peeling bad. The parking lot was filled with all kinds of work trucks so u couldn’t park there. The outdoor area smelled like weed as I walked to my car.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights due to family wedding nearby. I am afraid the lobby was a little off-putting(leaking ceiling and strong moldy odor) which I expect will be addressed soon, as our room was clean and quiet. All staff members were very pleasant...all-in-all, a good value for a tight budget.

Room had an odor, no bedspreads, the ceiling had holes from water damage, shower plumbing not attached. Staff was pleasant but the hotel and property were awful

Travelled with my family and had 3 rooms for several days. Terribly disappointed and could not believe the hotel was anywhere near Wyndham standards. Our room was not cleaned, toilet overflowed, dead roach on the floor, bath was filthy, room stank, lobby stank...

Here is how it went...Saw this motel was under construction But asked how long they would be beating and banging. We were told by management only till 5pm. At 7pm we went to dinner when we came back they were done. Management did come in and replace some of the light bulbs. T.V. was super fuzzy. Tub dripped all night long, we also brought that to managements attention! Try sleeping with a steady drip from the tub!! Smelled really bad!! They should of renovated then opened. We probably will ask to see our room before signing in the next time. They charged us full price for no sleep!

Although the room was updated some, the carpet still fell off the side of the wall. The toilet seat was broke, their were roaches in the room, (which I heard is common down south), the beds were way to small for any married couple to share. It was just a very uncomfortable experience. I gave it 3 stars because the room was cleaned and updated for the most part. The people also was very friendly.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was rude. Service awful. Entire location under construction and messy. Horrible odor in room and toilet was soooo loud. Moth holes in curtains that shine light in room and people walking by can see in. JUST AWFUL.... WORST place. DISGUSTING.

The hotel wasn't bad,, but their internet was NOT good. Slow and repeated disconnects. I use my evenings to work on paperwork. That wasn't possible here.

Very thin blankets, no bed ruffle, whole box spring exposed, remote did not work, ice machine broke and the toilet seat was broke so when you sat on it, it would slide almost off...thank goodness for good reflexes!
