Quality Inn White Springs Suwanee

The breakfast was decent but the room was way overpriced IMO.

The property is old and needs to be remodeled. It looked like some had been started due to the old furniture piled around outside. I was worried about the safety due to the long term folks and the general way it looked. The room was overpriced in regards to the amenities and upkeep.

The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself was kept up well. The room was clean and odor free. Best bed and pillows I've seen in a long time!! Would recommend, and the prices are great!!! We stay here every year, twice a year actually, on our way to Southern Florida

This motel didn't even have a sign out front it was broken. It needs a full remodel. I had made two reservations one going to the coast and one coming back. I canceled the second reservation and made a new one in Lake city.

Customer service was excellent. The accomodations were appropiate.

Entire room smelled like smoke.

We had to wait at the front desk for someone to help us. When someone finally came, they were not friendly and seem frustrated. Asked for name and then gave us dirty door keys, with previous stains. We came to where the room was located and there was several construction workers, playing loud music and drinking. Felt unsafe and was not quiet until late at night. During check-out the receptionist was more friendly and helpful.

Beds both had hair in them and we were told housekeeping was gone so we would have to change the beds ourselves. No rooms available to move us to except one upstairs room which was not acceptable due to disabilities. Bathroom had hair on the floor and walls. Carpet was wet with condensation. Bathroom toilet very low and not handicap or disability approved. All around terrible experience.

Very clean room and seemed to be recently updated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was properly stocked with towels and toiletries. The check in process was quick and easy. Continental breakfast was good and had a nice variety, although small.
