I didn’t like it at all

Terrible room, unsafe. People smoked and drank beer outside the room. I didn’t feel at all. Don’t stay here.

"Extremely low budget"

Location (close to TAMU), no visible bugs

Noisy air conditioning that struggled to cool the room, somewhat ill-fitting door, some A/C outlets too loose, smelled a little like it’s sometimes a smoking room, little slivers of soap and no shampoo, washcloths for hand towel and small bath towels.

The room was OK clean. Not what I would expect for the price. However, it was a football game weekend in College Station. Wi-Fi was really slow!

It is a decent option if you do not want to incur significant expenses. Simple, clean, well-located. It was a little pricy, but well, it was football weekend in College Station
