Room was larger than most. Staff was nice.

No bottled water in rooms. They send way too many texts. Their pre check in is a waste of time and does not save any time at check in. Coffee maker needs upgrade.

"Loud neighbors"

I was going to give this hotel a very good review until this evening. I have something called misophonia and I asked to be put in a quiet room but I have some very noisy neighbors and both my dog and I are stressed out. The gal at the front desk said there is nothing she can do. Isn't that nice?! Well, I am leaving in the morning and never coming back. Unbelievable how rude I was treated. Girl at front desk needs some training in how to be a better customer service rep. It's really sad. I've been mistreated my entire life and you guys just continue the same cycle. Never again.
