Bellissimo Hotel. Staff gentile e professionale. Posizione complicata perché l'Hotel è alla periferia di Konya ma non è vicinissimo all'aeroporto. D'altronde è comodo per chi (come noi) torna da un viaggio con auto a noleggio in Cappadocia.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Als festgestellt wurde, dass ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht und ein zu kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht hatte, gab es kurzerhand ein Upgrade auf eine Suite ohne Zusatzkosten. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht war großartig. Bis zum Schluss war das Personal sehr höflich und freundlich. Very courteous staff. When it was realised that I had made a mistake when booking and had booked a room that was too small for 4 people, I was quickly upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The suite was very spacious and stylishly furnished, the view was great. The staff were very polite and friendly right to the end.
