ITITun'ottima struttura con un parco bellissimo, camere grandi, un bellissimo ambiente. personale cordiale e disponibile. un altro punto a favore è che sono accettati gli animali, ottimo per chi, come me, non viaggia senza il cane
sembra che la struttura, per quanto grande e molto bella, abbia bisogno di molta manutenzione che non viene fatta. tra lampadine mancanti, ragnatele in vista e qualcosa che non funziona, nella camera dei miei genitori mancava addirittura la tavoletta del bagno e in due giorni di permanenza non sono riusciti a mettergliene una. inoltre, per quanto alcuni ospiti possano apprezzare le serate musicali, magari chi vorrebbe andare a letto presto non gradisce altrettanto di avere un concerto fino a mezzanotte passata sotto la propria finestra, come è accaduto a me che avevo la finestra proprio sopra al concerto, e pur tenendo la finestra chiusa sentivo la musica come se avessi le casse in camera. io e il mio cane ne siamo usciti entrambi tramortiti
This hotel has the look and feel of a castle, including a beautiful park. Staff is friendly, cappuccino great, breakfast abundant. It is noisy from the streets, but it is fantastic nonetheless.

Sehr schmutziges Hotel ,Zimmer und Bäder am verfallen.Rost und Kalk überall.Lampen gehen nicht.putz bröckelt von den Wänden.In manchen Zimmern fehlt der Toilettensitz.Das wäre an der Rezeption noch garnicht aufgefallen .Im nächsten Zimmer ist die Badewanne herrausgebrochen. Im vierten angesehen Zimmer ging im Bad gar kein Licht.In der Dusche fehlten viele Mosaikfliesen am Boden. Duschköpfe Verhalten und verrostet. Das Personal stand beim Frühstück mit den Händen in Tasche im Eck ,obwohl am Büffet die Hälfte fehlte. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen . Der Pool versifft und nicht zu gebrauchen .Der Garten alles in allem Verwahrlosung. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben ,bitte ,bitte nicht buchen.
Staff was quite helpful and the location was good for walking to sites and easy to get to train.
We had an absolutely wonderful 2 night stay and would highly recommend others to enjoy this amazing place. We did think there was a pool available, as it did show one in the pictures, but it looked like it hadn't been open for a while. I must say we actually loved the grounds looking more overgrown, gave it character. We loved our stay!
