Crystal Sands Condos Free Beach Rentals Mar-Oct

Had an enjoyable experience, highly recommend Crystal Sands 206B

Property is always clean. Beach was beautiful!

The decor was lovely and the view was exceptional! It was clean and the furniture was comfortable.

The screen doors had tears in them so bugs could easily fly in. Some of the wash cloths had stains. And the back room was really meant for children and didn’t have a door on it).

Right on the oceanfront. Crystal blue/green clear water for miles, nice 3 bedroom 2 bath space although square footage appears small the place is large and we had plenty extra room for family of 5. Upstairs had its own suite - walk into a king room that goes into a full bathroom (toilet/shower has door) then into a four bunk bed set up where the kids have their own tv and hang out space. Downstairs is bedroom that jack and Jill’s to hallways - not great but great use of space. The property left us pods to do dishes and laundry !! Came home with clean laundry was a plus!!! The entire apt is upgraded / updated- very nice. You can sit on the balcony or on the couch and watch the kids on the beach if you don’t want to get in the Sun yourself - there IS parking (not a lot prob. 1 car/room) this was not clear in description. Also all gates and doors are coded to pool/beach etc. location is good very nice safe area Really liked their beds - comfortable stylish padded headboards in both bedrooms - mattresses and linen slept good like I was at home

Property has two public beach entrances on both sides of it and there’s a lot of condos near by so the beach was pretty crowded however still plenty of room to set up and get a space for yourself. The washer/dryer has a dryer on top, when it’s open if there was any sand in it it will come out when you open the door so be careful - it does get on the floor in that area. We thought maid didn’t do a job job initially then I realized she likely cleaned then finished up the clothes that caused the floor to be sandy —- only bad part is it’s right in the hallway between bedroom1/bathroom and main living area and in entrance so you walk through it and bring it into the house —-maybe need an extra rug there Also door code did not initially work but property management was awesome!!!! They fixed it immediately and they began communicating with me asap once the reservation was made- we literally booked within 20 hours of our trip and it was seem less bc of their management Also pool doesn’t open until later this is good if you want to sleep in but for a short trip and check out at 10, the kids didn’t have time for a dip then to get changed before check out so we had to skip bc of pool hours - for what I paid I feel it should have opened just a little before that maybe 7? It did stay open until 10 Elevators should be avoided lol it felt like it was going to trap me in there the door was shaky and we just prayed it opened up with the summer heat wave it was a sauna in there then with beach goers the floor was a wet sandy mess and pooled water - we took the stairs when we could - with only 3 flights it was manageable
