"Excellent"

Time to check in was too long as I had to wait for me room beyond 4:30 as none were ready. Then when I checked in I was in a special needs room where the bed was low and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was very nice.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful

1) Security lock on door was so loose it was about to fall off the wall 2) toilet seat was so loose it was close to falling off 3) faucet on sink was hardly installed 4) bathtub didn’t have any anti slip material so a shower was dangerous 5) elevators got stuck
