Didn’t like anything of it !! We couldn’t watch tv , it wasn’t working, the remote was broken , the lights would turn off IT WAS TERRIBLE!!

For one the rooms smell dirty & pets & smoke odor after I had told them that my 2 boys are very severe allergic to pets !! The staff came out with their boxers underwear, very disrespectful & I had my 9 yr old son he’s a minor !!

First floor room and the tv worked

Bathtub dirty and missing bathroom toilet paper holder and towel bar. These are both quick and cheap fixes. Bathroom not very clean.

The TV did not work. I rebooted the satellite link, checked the cords and still no satellite signal. All I look from in a budget hotel is a decent bed, hot shower and TV. Sheets were dirty and tv wouldn't work. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was there.

Was not able to check in to the property upon arrival. Rang the doorbell at front desk 3+ times, called 3x, no one was at the property. I followed up with Booking.com, and was told to contact the property directly. I was then threatened by a staff member, "Willis", and hung up on multiple times. I am still waiting on Booking.com for a refund over 1 month later.

Did not stay for breakfast

The lights next to bed were not plugged in, the television did not work, the radio did not work, The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not there, the lever that operates the shower was broken, part missing from the coffee pot so could not make coffee, the towel bar next to the sink was missing
