La température trop froide de l'eau, l'isolation des chambres casi inexistante, le gachi de nourriture (les œufs au plat jetés parce qu'ils ne sont pas réussis visuellement par exemple)

Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Restaurante enorme, barulhento, comida mediana. Piscinas ok, mas tudo muito sujo. Os hóspedes deixam lixo, ninguém recolhe com frequência. Quanto ao apartamento, os black outs deixam entrar luz, caixote do lixo partido. Máquinas de diversão para crianças, só 3 funcionavam. Salão de jogos também com máquinas avariadas, um barulho imenso.

The facilities for the children were great, kids club staff particularly Claira were amazing and really helpful for a single parent traveling, having a holiday aunty on site. The water parks were obviously spectacular having them on the doorstep..

This is a big one. The hotel has steps to the lifts up to the rooms, there are some ramps around the site, but my hotel was down a big flight of stairs to enter the lift. As solo parent with a pushchair and suitcases I was often stressed getting in and out.. At one piont I fell down the stairs in the rain and 1 week later and still in pain, I initially worried it was broken and called reception 100s of times as eventually the lovely night porter came to help me. Being alone and even the hotel room phone wasnt connected at the time, my daughter is 3 so unable to do anything to help. Reception were apologetic but really that doesnt help, then, at the end of the stay I was without any towels in my room and unable to get hold of Reception again, they need to answer the phone because there are vulnerable people around. Maybe the whatsapp of night porter to prevent thus happening again as the stress if this on day 1 ruined my holiday. So many steps to the rooms in a kids hotel seems odd...

Tisztaság és rendezettség az egész hotel területén, szuper személyzet. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, mindenképp visszajövünk ❤️

A szomszéd szobák vendégei esténként hangosak voltak, de ez nem a hotelt minősíti.

As piscinas e o exterior do hotel

Péssimo em termos de alimentação, funcionários péssimos. Não tínhamos lençóis nem colcha para nos tapar, tive de ameaçar chamar a polícia e escrever no livro de reclamações, era inadmissível ter 3 crianças sem uma manta para as tapar onde ae noites ainda são frias.
