"Entspannter Urlaub als Familie"

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Essensauswahl, Qualität der Torten, Sauberkeit, Anlage sehr gepflegt, Poolbereiche und Rutschen sehr sauber, Snackbar wurde immer wieder gereinigt und sofort nachgefüllt, wenn etwas leer wurde, das Slusheis wurde im ständigen Wechsel immer wieder gereinigt, Buchten zum Meer waren innerhalb von 10-15 min. Fußweg erreichbar, Linienbus hielt direkt vor dem Hotel, aus Richtung Porto Christo, man sollte mit Kindern immer rechtzeitig zum Beginn jeder Mahlzeit erscheinen, dann ist das Restaurant nicht so überfüllt und angenehmer. Personal hat immer die benutzen Teller weggeräumt

Fenster sollten erneuert werden, Benehmen der englischen Touristen beim Essen, war oft fragwürdig und grenzwertig, Zimmer war kalt, da Klimaanlage sich nicht ausschalten ließ
