Close to lake where our friends were staying. Convenient.

Front desk attendant was nice and told us about breakfast times and wifi password. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable. There appeared to be some construction going on on the conference center end of the hotel, but it didn't affect our stay.

Had to wait to check in as the person who checks in wasn't on site at the time, didn't wait long.

We did not stay at the hotel because we ended up with Covid at the last minute. I tried getting a refund and the rep I spoke to was very rude and wouldn’t work with us at all. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I would of hoped there would be exceptions in place for that.

After a small incident with the desk lady, the owner spoke with me and was so kind and considerate towards me. She and her husband have great customer service! Thanks

The hotel was a great find. The room was quiet, didn’t hear a lot from the hallway or nearby rooms, and there was barely any outside noise (a big plus to help sleep). The view was pleasant from the room, and it had new bedding and the shower looked new. The carpet was a bit dated, but well worth staying there. Very friendly staff too!!

I was surprised by so many 1 star reviews for this hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, had pleasant staff, and was all that I expected. Sometimes I think, "haters gunna hate". But I'd have no qualms about staying at this facility again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. My dog and I were very comfortable, the first night after a very long, stressful travel, my dog laid down once in the room and he slept all night well into the morning. Your kindness and understanding made a stressful trip a little more enjoyable. Your housekeeping staff is wonderful, be very proud of your housekeeping staff. Thank you very much.

Close to the site where I was working. Staff was friendly. Limited breakfast items though.
