Area

Somehow we were locked out of room when we came bk from the concert. Couldn’t change in to comfortable clothes or shower. Waited at least an hour or so to get it and nope front desk young lady couldn’t fix it. However she gave us a different room but again we didn’t have what we needed and wanted for the night. Could have been better. Hot tub outside wasn’t working either

"I was comfortable, nothing to really complain about but the bathrooms"

The staff made the stay honestly, they were really sweet and helpful.

The bathroom was terrible, leaky faucet, running toilet, shower grout was very used and there was black stuff within the shower area, poor lighting and just all around kinda old And shabby

"We had a great time!"

This Hampton is close to most amenities. It met the needs of my family. The rooms were comfortable and the property is small enough to accommodate and avoid large crowds.

There is only 1 elevator, but the wait time was minimal. The ice maker on my floor didn't work and I didn't like traveling to other floors for ice. I don't like that hotels are moving towards not having microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast options were adequate, but the breakfast potatoes were undercook, 2 of the 3 mornings.
