There was really nothing that I enjoyed.

Out of all the Wyndham franchises, and all the other hotels I stayed at in the USA, this was by far the worst experience. When we arrived, we were denied paying by cash (bill and deposit too) in a very disrespectful manner, nowhere was this shown during the booking process. The receptionist asked us 3 times if we had pets like we were some idiots, we felt very humiliated. He only gave us one key like a 2nd key is not included in the price. I paid the bill with a card and I gave another card for deposit. They cancelled the original bill payment and charged the deposit card with the bill which made a big trouble for my accounts and also gave me very bad exchange rates. The breakfast is low quality, it's crowded even on a weekday and it's freezing cold in the breakfast area. Also the internet is very slow. I would never stay here again, but I'm happy to go to other Wyndham locations. They did not deserve my business.

The night clerk was friendly.

Worst experience I have ever had as a world traveler: I am moving and traveling from Las Vegas to Nother California. I needed to rest so I checked in with this place. At 4-5am, I was woken up by next door neighbor slamming their door multiple times, talking, making noises including hammering as if there was a construction going on... I couldn't sleep until I went down and had my breakfast. Since l needed more rest, I went back to sleep around 8am. Only to be woken up again, this time was by the housekeeper, who decided she needed to get her day going. She opened my door up at 9am and I had to tell her that l was still aleeping. The story did not end there. For the third time, at 9:30am, there was the piercing fire alarm went off chasing me out of my bed for fear of my life. Only to found out that was a false alarm: unbelievable! I finally realized I need to get out of there as I can't get any sleep by 110:30am. I went to get a receipt and was told it was emailed to me. I checked my email and couldn't find one. Then, the clerk admitted it wasn't sent and she did not know how to email me a receipt. She talked to her manager on the phone and the manager wasn't able to help. As l was leaving, I was told it will be sent to me right away. It's 9:30pm, 11 hours later, no receipt... What a day!!!

Enjoyed the spacious room and the separate bedroom. Check in was a breeze.
