Empire Inn & Suites

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a cheery "good afternoon". There was an issue with the pet room request as the hotel was not notified by the booking site. They were very helpful with this and they accommodated my dog and I without worry. The room was big and comfortable. The area was quiet, even though the highway was nearby. There is an off leash dog park close by (10 minute drive) which my dog absolutely loved!

The room was not "tidied" while I was there for the 5 nights. It would have been nice to have the sheets changed and the towels replaced at least once.

Best bang for your buck in red deer, great rooms, friendly staff!

Comfortable beds, complimentary coffee, large tv with boths apps and cable. Both air conditioning and heat worked well and were quiet Convenient parking

The floor was dusty

The room we had was dirty. There were layers of dust and grime on the baseboards etc. The bathroom vent is filthy. The door hooks fell off the door. It really needs deep clean. Disappointing because the recent reviews were positive.

Freshly updated room, good bed, shower was good. A bit of noise from the busy highway but wasn’t an issue for me. Overall a good stay
