The New Century Hotel is new and beautiful. There is a city and airport bus right next to the hotel. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The saved my 80 Yuan by recommending that I catch a bus instead of utilizing a taxi service. They even had an employee escort me to the bus station and waited with me until my buss arrived. The quality, quantity, and the variety of the food and drinks available in the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel was very satisfying. The service was poor. Both mornings I slept there I had to clean up my own table. Not enough waiters and not enough urgency to do their job. Nevertheless, you will NOT regret that you chose sleeping at the New Century Hotel.

Saw a review that mentioned it was connected to the airport... That is incorrect. You need to take a $50 cab ride

I paid $50 for the room, it said 4 star but it was terrible. The rooms on the 8th floor were damp and had an awe full smell. The beds were the hardest I encountered and this was after I moved up to the 14th floor. The beds were no better after I complained. The picture of a glazed rat in the lift promoting some sort of meal put me off breakfast....horrible experience. You pay for what you get

The room was spacious but its finish is a bit on the cheap side. I also didn't have hot water on the first night. If you just need a place to sleep and no more, it's fine.

Nice Hotel but no conectivity to metro. Near to Airport but very far to central ghounzhou.

Supposedly centralized location was blocked off totally by construction of the new metro system. It will not be an another few years before the station open and perhaps bring some life back to this once grandest hotel in huadu. Big hotel was less than 20 rooms full, dark and isolated is what I would describe the place at this moment. Terrible service as the housekeeping serve me drinkable ice cube in a plastic bag, really? Plastic bag? Yes and she has the cheek to say it's clean n drinkable , I should give it a try. Will not stay here again until they have upgraded all their 80s room.
