"Generally a great hotel with beautiful grounds, but minor service flaws and room layout issues."

Overall, it is a very good hotel. The grounds are beautiful, green, and well-maintained, with a nice variety of swimming pools. The food was quite good and diverse, especially compared to another hotel of the same level. The animation team also did a pretty good job.

First, parking was supposedly included in my booking, but we were told to move our car elsewhere without being offered any alternative. As a result, we had to park far away in an unsecured area. Second, the snack bar experience on one of the days was disappointing: they ran out of burgers and the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn’t use the bar at all that day. Lastly, the toilet in the family room lacks privacy (e.g., semi-transparent doors or poor soundproofing), which felt very uncomfortable.
