I could not stay in this that place. I had to go somewhere else. I gave the front desk the key around 5 PM. It’s super horrible stuff. Lady Name. Robin. Was asking me $25 in cash only if I wanted to check in 3:20pm. I waited and check in 4:30. Because there was few person waiting. I got in my Room. Wet 3 towel on the bed. 1 towel in bathroom. Someone uses the toilet and didn’t flushed it. Trash can with trash in it, With half finish mango. Body soap with hairs on it. I could not stay in that place. I tried to ask my refund they refused. It is disgusting place. Not just me. They were person on the line. Also complaining when I walking out.

Unfriendly staff. i checked into my room only for it to not be cleaned. The desk staff sent me to another room that had stains on the floor and smelled bad

Nothing at all we made one reservation and they didn’t have the reservation and would not take your confirmation number as proof of the order. So we asked you for a refund and booked another reservation , when I went back in the girl said she canceled the first reservation and the second never came through so we paid twice and never stayed there , please help

Not a Damn thing! I’ll never step foot in that building ever again in my life I’d rather be homeless then have to stay there!

It was filthy the elevator was broken the electric went out the heat was off for the shower ! It was junkies just walking around anywhere I felt absolutely horrible and the main door never locked so anyone can come in at anytime!
