Every part of the hotel was super clean. Our suite was so comfortable and decorated to feel like home. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The dining room was classy and felt somewhat European. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood and found many places to eat. I highly recommend Marco Hotels and Suites.

The hotel was good, the location was kinda hard to get to (because we had to find parking elsewhere and then walk a mile with our suitcases to the hotel) which we weren’t used to. It was nice near downtown and it was so cool they had a kpop nation pop up!

In the photos we thought we were getting an oven (which was is the apartment and photos, but not operational) so that was a bummer because we bought oven stuff to go with it. Also one elevator was challenging. It also didn’t come with breakfast and water for first night was free but not the others, very weird.

My trip was 7 nights but I booked for 2 nights to try. Everything is good except their air conditioning is tool old with loud engine noise running that impossible to sleep. I recorded video and would like to ask for refund.

Their air conditioning was too loud that I couldn’t sleep. They hotel admitted faulty but didn’t provide any refund
