Emmetsburg Hotel & Suites

The room was spacious and clean, but had an off odor like stale hay or something organic. Once we were in it, the smell wasn’t noticeable but every time we reentered the room, it was there😒 Otherwise, it was fine

Clean and friendly. Carpet in our room needed replaced, however it was very clean.

Easy check-in process. Assigned a room that met my criteria.

Minimal towels provided in the room. Only two bath towels provided. Four would have been my expectation for a king bed room. This is a design issue but disliked the sink outside of toilet/bathroom. The smoking area immediately outside the West entry was a TURN OFF. Should be further from entry. Noisy occupants above us until 2-3am. Someone was using a hotplate or other cooking process to fry (eggs, maybe ham) around this same time. Trying to sleep with noise and cooking odor was not pleasing.

It was gross there was some weird stain on our lamp shade there was missing carpet throughout the room and there was food in random spots (not ours) there was burnt hair on the hair dryer and the water was yellow

Everything was great up to the point of continental breakfast. The only hot item was mini waffles. An I don’t eat waffles or cereal. I didn’t get the benefit of the free breakfast. I was very disappointed with this and might prevent me from staying again.

Female staff coukd have been more friendly and my room smelled horrible like a moldy wet towel

Very clean, nice motel. Breakfast was a joke though.

Amazing deal. Has everything a higher-priced hotel offers. Easy access and clean. I’d stay again for sure!

Started for Irish Festival and not disappointed. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and rates were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again.
