"Noisy."

Carolyn on reception was so nice and helpful.

We were put in room 123 and were not told that we were over the bar.The music from 1O until 12 was so loud that we were not only not able to sleep but also could not watch tv as the sound was drowned out by the music.

"Bright, welcoming hotel with good food and well positioned for touring by car."

The room was comfortable bright. The bar was welcoming and we enjoyed the singer on the Saturday night - nice to have some good humour and fun. Breakfast was piping hot. The children were able to go up and down to their room quite confidently and safely. As expected in Donegal the hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is easily found when travelling from N. Ireland. It is also easy to travel to other activities and attractions directly from the hotel.

We arrived late so some biscuits on the tea tray would have been nice.
