Che non era tanto pulito l'albergo sui corridoio aveva un odore tremendo. Mai visto una piscina così sporca. Alla mattina per la colazione non mi hanno lasciato di prendermi un caffè in stanza.

Distanta scurta pana la Disneyland - 20 min cu autobuzul din fata cazarii. Ajutor cu transferul pana la aeroport. Au schimbat prosoapele ori de cate ori am solicitat acest lucru.

The mattress is definitely too firm. The pillows were not comfy either.

There were bed bugs in the room, and I was bitten extensively during the night. I found and killed several bed bugs in the bed myself. In the middle of the night, I went to reception to report the issue. The staff member told me there was nothing he could do at that time and said he would inform the manager, who was supposedly coming in the morning so that I could speak with him. The next morning, I asked about the manager, only to be told that he was on vacation and would not be coming. No one contacted me, apologized, offered a solution, or provided any compensation for the situation. My legs are covered in bites, and I am now worried about the possibility of bringing bed bugs home in my luggage. This experience was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable. What is even more disappointing is the way the issue was handled after it was reported. I expected the hotel to take immediate action and show some concern for its guests, but unfortunately that did not happen. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
