Ужасный персонал на ресепшене: попросили утюг и они просто нам отказались помогать, якобы нет утюга свободного, но и не стали искать. Мы подходили 3 раза на ресепшен за утюгом в разные временные слоты, всегда один и тот же отрицательный ответ. Только после того как мы достали каждую уборщицу, нам принесли утюг в номер спустя несколько часов. С таким отношением невозможно планировать свой день, так как необходимо погладить вещи из чемодана, а ты это не можешь сделать, так как персоналу на ресепшене просто плевать. За все дни у нас ни разу не было уборки, полотенца не меняли. В бассейне нет выдачи полотенец. Просто свинское отношение, грязнули.

We were really lucky with the room we were allocated. Ground floor overlooking the pool. Hotel reception is clean and room was clean and smelt pleasant as we entered.
