Excellent location with extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. Delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh food.

One elevator was broken the entire 5 days that we were there. There was an alarm going off on the second level of the parking garage the entire five days that we were there. The extension mirror for make up was falling off of the wall in our bathroom.

Nos encantó todo del Hotel, ya que estábamos muy cerca del acueducto, la ubicación es fantástica ya que hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, comida rápida.. y el personal nos trató fenomenal.. también incluye gratis el gimnasio y es un gesto bastante importante que al llegar a la habitación en el mini bar teníamos agua, cervezas ,Coca Cola,patatas y chocolate, sin duda volveremos.

Las habitaciones necesitan un cambio de mobiliario ya que están bastante estropeados y con eso pierde categoría. Por no hablar de la bañera… eso es un peligro, espero que nadie se haya resbalado.. ya que la distribución está muy mal, la encimera de mármol está al lado la bañera y es bastante peligroso. La mampara de los años 80 en un hotel de **** estrellas está muy mal.
