Little Good Harbour

It is not totally clear from the website how the accommodation looks from the outside so i wasn't quite sure what to expect. As an adult and two children we were given a little 'garden' house with one bedroom, a cot bed (check that this is included in the room rate before confirming the room!) upstairs and sitting area and kitchen downstairs. The decor was fresh, clean and the rooms had a colonial feel to them. Everything was very comfortable and in good working order. The hotel offer to stock the fridge with basics before you arrive if you need this (in my case it cost $60BBD). I was glad to have done this as it was good to arrive with milk, eggs and bread after an evening arrival. The attached restaurant (The Fish Pot) is beautiful and the food delicious. The food across the island was consistently fantastic and i would recommend hiring a car for a couple of days (hiring through the hotel was straightforward and reasonable). With food expensive on the island, self-catering was a good choice and the local supermarket in Speightstown had everything we needed. We loved Harrisons cave and St Nicholas Abbey but our highlight was Captain Dwayne's snorkelling trip to the turtles and shipwrecks. He and his boat are often located on the jetty at Good Little Harbour.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Little Good Harbour hotel. It is a brilliant little hotel on the west coast of Barbados which offered a great atmosphere and all the staff looked after all three of us extremely well. To the point that they let us stay and extra night without any hassle at all when our flight was cancelled late at night. They even created us back with two rum punches! We would totally recommend this hotel with its famed restaurant - The Fish Pot and we hope to be back soon. Thanks to Andrew and the team - you are the best

This is a pleasant spot in NW Barbados - away from glitzy west coast. Excellent restaurant + pool/ garden areas. Really need car for sightseeing, restaurant visits, etc and to make the most of self-catering facilities.

A small boutique property, this hotel is quaint and quiet. Large accommodations with a huge patio. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

The North West part of the Island is our fave, and this hotel didn't miss a beat, from their water front renowned Fish Pot restaurant with outstanding food to the rooms which are more like a little home. Two decks, very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, great amenities with two pools steps away. Quiet area, yet only a 10 min drive to Holetown for shopping and restaurant row(s) of ethnic (with a Barbadian twist) cuisine from around the world. Check out the Mews while there, it exceeded all expectations. There's many places to stay in Barbados but this hotel is a must go back to !

We visited Little Good Harbour for 1 week in July. It was our third time to Barbados as we absolutely love this beautiful, friendly country. We rented a car this time and explored the East Coast of the island as well. All amazing! Our stay at Little Good Harbour was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Our 1 bedroom cottage was immaculate! The restaurant was top notch! We would definitely stay there again when we return to the island.
