The Breakfast

The shower handle was broke. The Toilet kept backing up so we had to keep plunging it. Our phone didn't work the whole time, so we had to keep going to the front desk. Our room didn't get cleaned the whole time we were there. We were charge $25a day for parking, and our parking garage key never worked.

"You need to do something with this smell on the top levels(my was 8)"

Clean room,good breakfast.Good location,very close to Galleria or to the bus stop,if you need

We stay on the 8 floor and the small on the hallway was awful plus the drop off area was really messy and didn’t look like it’s a main entrance.I could hear all my neighbors at night time-down,up,sides and woke up all the time when heard some noice.
