Avila La Fonda Hotel

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and so much free food. Breakfast croissants and coffee, afternoon beer and chips with salsa, evening wine with lots of great appetizers, and night time pie!

Love the location and its proximity to the pier as well as restaurants! The Spanish style gives it a warm atmosphere, the rooms are also nice, with comfy beds and the spa tub is a nice, the rooms could use some updating here and there but for the price it’s not bad. The staff is also very nice, especially their front desk agent Alexandria, she really goes above and beyond, and you can tell she cares about the hotel! She was so welcoming and hospitable, they are luck to have her! Overall it was a nice stay and I really enjoyed it, the breakfast and wine hour are also a nice touch.

Starts with a warm welcome from the staff, Chocolate crossaints for Breakfast, Chips and drinks at noon, Snacks and hors'derves at 5pm, then pie and ice cream at 8pm!! Some rooms have a jacquzzi for 2 in the room, some have a kitchen!!

As usual a fabulous home away from home vacation holiday!! Beautiful decor ,friendly always helpful staff, excellent food ...breakfast ,snacks and appetizers.. don't forget the pie!! We will be back again and again. Jerel + Joy

Everything was absolutely amazing

Bring your own pillows, the hotels were pretty crappy but that is not an issue with the many beautiful amenities they have along with the room in entirety

Great location! We love this hotel. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable so we bought a mattress topper to use for the second night of the trip.

I loved staying at Avila La Fonda! From the friendly staff to the thoughtful touches like the treat basket, it was a uniquely memorable experience. I will return often! The concierge Jay was immensely personable!

Gracious in every detail. Paulina and Jay went beyond! Loved our room and the beautiful lobby. Having treats and wine at all intervals of the day was joy.

Staff was so very helpful, rooms comfortable, and seemed like something to nibble on all day!! The pie and ice cream in the evening was outstanding. All this and just one block from the best beach anywhere!!
