It was quiet, wasn’t over populated with a bunch of teenagers

The sheets were dirty and had nasty stains on them, had to buy washing detergent to wash them, three was blood on the pillows. the pull out couch was broke and is not able to be slept on, they used boards to fix it prior to our stay and it didn’t fix it, Had to buy a blow up mattress for my kids to have some where to sleep. Room is out dated, the smoke detector was hanging when we first got there.

The view. The size of the condo. The owners were very nice.

No directions on how to use the tv remotes. Beds were uncomfortable. Couch definitely needs replaced. Both faucet drains need replaced. Need check out instructions for guests.

The condo was terrific! It was clean and well appointed. The balcony was a 20/10! It was large and the view was amazing…right on the beach. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was also located close to everything, which made it nice to go shopping, etc. We had a couple of questions when we arrived and customer service was quick to reply and excellent! We would definitely rent this condo again!

The couch needs to be replaced. My daughter was going to sleep on it rather than on one of the twin beds just to have a little more room and to be able to be closer to the balcony and listen to the ocean as she went to sleep, but the sofa bed wasn’t in great shape. The couch sank down when it was sat on also and wasn’t terribly comfortable. We spent most of our time sitting on the balcony, though, so the couch wasn’t a big deal.

The balcony! It was spacious.

They were painting the deck so we had restricted access to 2 of the amenities on 2 separate days.
