Mercury Hotel Provincetown

I recently stayed at the Mercury Hotel Provincetown and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the quiet neighborhood, stylish room, and warm hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The bedding was wonderful and soft, which ensured I received a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was also impeccable! The location is perfect, i.e. close enough to all the action in Provincetown but still peaceful and relaxing. The open area, including the separate patios, were great and provided me an excellent area to unwind after doing a day of activities In Provincetown. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who was present to greet me, as well as to help with anything else I needed. I’d highly recommend the Mercury Hotel to anyone visiting Provincetown. It is my second straight year staying there and I can't reiterate my satisfaction with it. I can’t wait to come back!

The place is SO attractive and inviting, Marcantonio provided a warm and professional welcome, and even came up with champagne glasses for my birthday weekend. My companion, only just moved from the South, loved the proximity to things together with much privacy. My only disappointment was that our towels were not replaced with new ones our second day. Next time I have my eye on that stunning room with its fireplace...

Property was clean, cute and well appointed. Property staff were proactive in reaching out to ensure arrival and access to property was easy. Close walk to all Provincetown attractions, parking easy to access.

Our first time at the Mercury was a very good experience. MarcAnthony, the General Manager, made us feel at home. He is an attentive and friendly host. The property is conveniently located, peaceful and well maintained.

Great location, nice rooms and good price!

Great visit with an extremely friendly staff. The only drawback was a very tiny shower with a dribble of water pressure.

nice central location, comfortable furnishings; being an older traveler had to get used to the idea of no 24 hour on-site staff but things electronically (i.e. phone door key) worked out well.

Welcome by Todd: exceptional. Location: excellent. Energy of the place and decoration: great. Vouchers for Joe’s: perfect. Rooftop: amazing.

Hygiene: traces of diarrhea in the toilet of one of the rooms. Sheets smelling cold cigarette in the other. Dirty carpet. Heating/AC: out of service.
