Online pictures is very misleading for this hotel. We booked this because of the location and online pictures. Reality is very different!! The Inn is old and dirty. We stayed in the Cornish room and it looked nothing like the online pictures. There were no area rugs or sitting area as depicted. Instead, we had 5 night tables as furniture in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom was moldy, dirty, had numerous cracked tiles with rust and dirt in the corners. We had booked to stay 3 nights and left after staying only 2 nights. The Inn has the potential to be really comfortable and value for your money, but this is not what you will get currently.
The back courtyard was a soothing oasis after the hustle bustle of Duval Street
We enjoyed it. The room we got was a little worn. The bed was very comfy! The hosts were very nice!!!!!! It was literally 15 minute walk from Duval street and from Dante’s- that’s the only name I can recall from the board walk. It was very convenient for everything. It’s stop #17 for the trolley. Ubering is also very easy.. never more then a 2 minute wait. We really enjoyed it. Our room was clean every time we got back from our activities, that was very pleasant. I would definitely come back!!
We loved staying at the Inn on Fleming. Rooms were very nice. From check in to check out everything went well. A very nice happy hour. And lots of information on what to do in Key West. Close enough to walk to attractions. Far enough to be a quiet neighborhood.
The Inn on Fleming was a great place to stay. Convenient to Duval St, the staff was wonderful and the accommodations were great.
We were in a room on the third floor, which seems to have been the attic. My 6’4” husband had to duck to get in the door under the awning and also had the same problem in certain areas of the room. The downstairs areas were nice but the pool is very small and didn’t get much sun. There aren’t many lounge chairs by the pool so sunbathing wasn’t an option.
Location great. Plumbing not so.water does not drain from shower.

Loved the property and location!
We absolutely loved the Inn on Fleming!! Check in was a breeze, the beds and pillows were so comfy, the room was cleaned daily, it was super easy to walk or uber to places around Key West, and Happy Hour was such a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!!!!
