Irving House at Harvard

Me gustó la tranquilidad, el lugar, la habitación no es nada elegante pero todo muy cómodo.

Siento que el personal podría preocuparse de saludar cuando uno llega o se va, sin embargo siempre fueron muy amables, solo faltaba el saludo. Por otro lado pondría música en los espacios comunes como el desayuno o la sala de estar.

The property is very cozy and welcoming. It’s very clean and the customer service is top-tier. Everything that I need is taken care of when I’m at this location. The staff is just feels like family. I’m so grateful for them as a disabled army Veteran they made me feel like a human.

Breakfast was nice. Room was smaller than expected but worked out fine for a few nights. For longer it would not have been as good. Bathroom was shared but never an issue to get in. Place was older (historic) but clean. Good location for us.

Amazing location! Walking distance from Harvard and public transportation. Best chocolate chip cookies ever !

I really liked how cozy and comfortable my room was. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the staff was super super sweet. I was there for only 2 nights so they kept my huge luggage bags in the front. They were so accommodating. Also, the shared bathrooms were cleaned well, they were pretty much spotless.

I think the breakfast could have been a little bit better for the warm / hot offerings.

Great value near harvard

Location - we wanted a place near Harvard Yard.

Practically everything. There was no elevator and the stairs are very steep and narrow, which makes carrying the luggages a challenge. The towels are very rough. The worst thing is, the aircon (centrally controlled) was switched off in the middle of the night in summer (!), leaving the room with no ventilation. Every night, we had to go to the reception to request for the aircon to be switched on. The floors were dirty, and the shampoo/ shower gel provided were of very poor quality. We have stayed in similarly priced hotels which are of much better quality.
