Parking couvert gratuit avec beaucoup de place. Situation centrale

Pas d'ascenseur, obligation de porter seuls les bagages sur 3 étages. Fenêtres non isolées, "vue" sur la route et la voie ferrée du tram donc bruyant. Règlement du petit déjeuner absurde avec des créneaux horaires et des menus à choisir le jour précédent. Trop cher pour le peu de confort.

I made a reservation at 10:30 pm for what I thought was a week out, however did not realize the room was reserved for that night. Three days later when I tried to give it to my daughter for her honeymoon, I realized the mistake. When I was finally able to contact them, the only offer they could make was 10% off a new reservation. I admit, I did not see the confirmation, but what ever happened to customer service? VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We stayed in the Country Garden room and it was absolutely beautiful. Such a beautiful escape. However we were a bit disappointed to find out that the bed is not a circular bed anymore, it’s just a normal queen bed. That cool circle bed was a main reason that I booked the room so that was very disappointing. Besides that our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and cozy.
