I can't say enough nice things about The Summit Inn. Our stay was wonderful. The view was amazing and the sunset from the veranda was breathtaking. If you get the chance to stay here I highly recommend it.

Parking up a hill behind the resort was difficult, especially since it was drizzling and the pavement was wet. There didn't seem to be any way to get in other than walking all the way down and around to the front of the building
We loved that this was a historical site, but it has outlived its heyday. We found the staff to be unfriendly, the rooms were drab, the bathroom floor had mold, and we found several insects on the window, curtains, and carpet (ants and spiders).
Stayed two nights to see Fallingwater, and enjoyed the hotel, restaurant and fireplace. Friendly and helpful staff.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming at the hotel, the restaurant an the bar area, They loved to share information about the area an all its beauty an history. The sunsets are to DIE for while relaxing on the front porch. Guests were all friendly and social. Very enjoyable
