There was no real attempt to decorate: not a single picture, outdoor area needs paint. For the $ they should offer breakfast. We were disappointed.

Clean room, clean bathroom, clean carpets and bed. Quiet. AC/Heater worked great and was quiet. What more is wanted? Okay, the front door needs some weather stripping as cold air was coming through the sides and under the door. But no big deal since the heater worked so well.

The room and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend!! The room was quiet and clean. I will be back the next time I need a place to stay in Shelbyville. The self check-in and check-out is very convenient and user friendly. The staff that I saw were very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. Went for business for 3 wks. So this was home away from home for a little while. Working everyday and coming back to relax was a must for a Hot bath. Hot water could definitely be hotter but wasn't enough to not give a great rating. Easy access to my room. Very roomy and comfy. Thank you so much!

The room was exceptionally clean. We came in to a light and TV on so just like coming home. Bed were comfortable and even the bedding smelled clean and fresh. There was a code box on door so no keys or cards to lose and could make reservations by phone so mo need to go to the lobby yet they stsyed in touch ɓy text with you all the way plus you could call and talk with someone. I would stay again and highly recommend the Shelby Inn.

Good location and good mattress. Quick response from assistant that you use through text message.

I didn’t like that I had to ask for towels. It’s like virtual assistant. If you ask for it they will do it but I think clean rags and towels should be automatic.
