I booked here over a month ago, I did on line check in however when we got there at 11pm there was no room for us, although it was confirmed and paid for. The hotel had a musty mold smell to it and was damp. The front desk staff was nice however I won’t be booking there again. We had to look for another place to stay at midnight and ended up costing an additional $100.00 then we had originally planned.

Doing remodel/construction. No problem but the construction done in the bathroom was terrible! Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shotty construction around the sink area. Staff nice.

"No late checkout!"

Overall a good stay, untill we were told we had 5 minutes to leave our room after confirming we had an extra hour for late checkout. After speaking to the front desk, who said they were unaware of our late checkout, we were told we had 5 minutes to pack and leave, I had my toddler in the bath at this time and even got a second knock on the door and was told “now 4 minutes “ absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and then we were followed down the elevator and out of the lobby. Unbelievable, I’ve never been treated so poorly.

I’ve stayed at this property 3 times in the last month for a total of 6 nights. The hotel is undergoing renovations and modernization. I stayed in a room that hadn’t been upgraded. The staff were amazing and welcomed me back. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were clean and had adequate outlets for charging devices. My only complaint is the water pressure and availability of hot water. I had to let the shower run for over 10 minutes to get warm water, hot water was out of the question. Also, on my most recent stay, the TV in my room was wholly inadequate. Half the size of the other rooms I’ve seen and it only got about 6-8 weird deep cable channels. That’s usually not a problem because I travel with an Amazon FireStick. This tv didn’t have an HDMI port because it was probably from the Kennedy administration.

Very musty, mildewy smell as soon as you enter hotel. The bedsheets felt damp and musty smell in room. I had trouble sleeping with the smell. We arrived very late with kids so just slept as best we could. We didn’t have breakfast there as we just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as we woke up. I’d recommend paying more for a different hotel.

Is a great place, but the ice Machine isn’t work and the breakfast is supposed to be 7to 10 and at 7:30 they don’t had anymore.
