We had a room on the lower ground which we asked to be swapped as the smell of damp and mold was unbearable. We were given a temporary room; which was half the size of the room we booked online, we did not have space to keep our suitcases open and no wardrobe but just a pole running across the TV. Forced to pack all our staff once again we had to wait till 3pm for a room to become available. This was of a good size and damp free but the shower was not draining and blocked, no one to tell since the reception staff leave at 11pm and we took a shower before going to bed, before leaving we realised that our water bottle we kept in the fridge was not been refrigerated, maybe the fridge was not working. The wi fi in this hotel is very very poor, no kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms. The staff never informed us that they provided a free of charge service to bring us and our suitcases up and down the pier where our car was parked but we drove through narrow allies to get to the hotel upon arrival and departure and we risked to get our rented car scratched (of €3,000.00 excess); I only realised when I saw other guests using the service but it was then too late. The breakfast on the other hand was decent. Not a good value for the money at all, it has been very stressful.. disappointing!

Great hotel, we loved our room (on 2 floors) and the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifuly cool to escape the hot sun.

The hotel is in the old section of town and cannot get their by car , so if you have big luggage it is difficult although we did receive help from Matteo who was outstanding .We booked a standard room and were given a room with small spiral stairs going up to a mezzanine bedroom . This was not what i was shown when i booked the room . I went back to reception and told them that I am 71 years old and and cannot go up and down those stairs in the middle of the night to go to the toilet , as the bathroom was downstairs .The receptionist did not handle the problem very well . She said she can only give me an up grade room and I must pay about 60 Euros more per night . If i had known this was the room I was booking I would not have booked it . If you are elderly make sure you are not getting a room with Mezzanine and spiral stairs . Eventually after asking to speak to the manager I was given another room which was very nice . The breakfast was excellent and the hotel had a lot of charm . I would stay there again , but make sure I have the right room

Stunning, authentic hotel Old Town Gallipoli! The staff were friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them! Our room was on the top floor (there were lots of steep steps so request a lower floor if mobility is an issue) we were not disappointed though, our room was beautiful! It was spacious with a vaulted ceiling and four poster bed. It was immaculately clean with great attention to detail. The terraces were lovely, especially the roof terrace with its stunning views! There was plenty of choice of freshly baked foods at the buffet breakfast. Parking was at the harbour car park, which was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We used the shuttle service to the beach, which we would recommend. We felt we found a little gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend it and would stay there again ourselves! Perfect!!!

It is a lovely hotel located in the old town. Good location, good service, very clean room. However, there is no parking space, and difficult to park somewhere else. It is only a good B and B but definitely, it is not a 4-star hotel.

Tastefully decorated, full of character and oozing style this small boutique hotel is also in a great location right in the centre of the old town. Helpful, friendly staff and the shuttle to the beach makes every day stress free.

Every member of staff was very helpful especially when I left my mobile in a taxi and they helped to recover it. This hotel is architecturally very attactive and appealing with the layout of the rooms being spread over a number of floors using interconnected stairs and patios with areas to lounge.

Great staff, really good breakfast buffet and lovely terrace. The bathroom was a bit disappointing and would maybe need a little refresher but great overall.

A beautiful, dreamy establishment within the old town. Great staff and very welcoming. Loved it!!
