The resort was really good for the pools, the relaxing feel to it, and just out of the busy heart of Wanaka. It was a great place to relax after a few days of tramping.

We had a good stay. Very good access to Cardrona and hot pools are very nice. Rooms lacking a few things that would make this a great accommodation. Firstly wifi is brutal, kept dropping out if we could even login. I needed to do work and couldn’t. There was no free view TV, sky TV and no movies, if wifi would’ve have been decent we could have streamed from Netflix but no way this would work. I would’ve paid for decent wifi but not an option. Kitchen facilities are decent and beds comfortable. Also an issue with water pressure and hot water runs out if someone else in complex happens to take a shower at the same time. The gym is great and pool area very nice. I would consider staying again but at this stage definitely more of a 3 star vs 4 star as advertised

Lovely service from all staff, clean room, on the small side but it was only a studio. Spa pools great after skiing. Bit out of town so needed to drive/taxi. Very enjoyable stay

"A wonderful stay"

My stay was excellent. I would happily stay again. The room was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. There was no room phone in my room though. The gym was reduced due to Covid restrictions but I was still able to have a good work out and the pools were great.
