The hot tub needed to get hotter

It was really dirty and the bedsheet had poop marks on it. Like someone wiped there ass with the sheets Then we called the hotel the hotel they sent a guy to change it he couldn’t understand and tooo forever to clan the whole room which he end up just cleaning the bathroom because it was dirty too and then only changed one sheet and gave us blanket on to put it ourself. Then he came back after 10-15 min and put the bed sheet. No pillow cover change no other cleaning. It was just so uncomfortable for us to sleep on to those beds.

Parking was mediocre no free breakfast

Great location and clean

Location and loved that they had a restaurant

Didn’t get housekeeping in our room had to ask for more towels

Convenient, pretty, good location, great price, nice employees

Pool strong, woke with dry and sore throat from the smell of the cleaning solution in the pool below us. Fridge wasn't getting drinks cold, back of remote was broken. But all in all we did like our stay
