"Much nicer than expected!"

The breakfast was good tasting, and a nice variety. Clean room. Comfortable bed. NO SMELLS! no musty or mildew smells that are typical in Florida. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of the river.

Breakfast food was only luke warm, needed to be hot or access to a microwave. Pool was nice but needed a little cleaning. The bedspreads were covered in unsightly stains:( No a/c in the elevator.

"I wasn't too impressed with my stay. Don't think I'll stay there again."

The breakfast was good except for the meat options, you only had pork, I would of loved to have turkey or chicken.

The room was clean but the strip around the border of the carpet was coming off the wall and in the bathroom ceiling was crack and peeling. I hope that you don't try to charge me for that.

"Best Bargain in Palatka!"

We have stayed here before and it's always excellent - great location and price. In the past we've had river view suites - this time it was a parking lot view regular room but still fine, just not as terrific as the suites!

"It was clean and comfy, but the price was a bit high!"

It was very clean and smelled fresh in the room. I like that there is screen all along the outside halls. I like the view of the water as well.

The parking lot was a river and I had to tread through standing water to get to the building. The elevator was hot and stinky.
