The Kimberley Grande Resort

Spacious room and ensuite, great hot and cold water pressure. Very good location, I liked it being close to the Kununurra Lake.

My stay was just too short (1 overnight) to find anything I didn't like.

The Hotel is in a good location in walking distance to Kununurra town centre and spacious restaurant and sports bar area. We enjoyed a delicious, well presented grilled barramundi/fresh vegetables and tender lamb cutlets/ fresh vegetables evening meal. The staff were very polite and attentive. The Resort garden room we stayed in was very clean with comfortable beds. The garden does need a little TLC when staffing in a position to do so.

the upkeep has been let go. The pool had mozzies breeding in the pool. Sitting on the deck at the bar you can look into the rubbish.

Location was decent. Room was big.

The room had periods of smelling like sewerage. The carpet and bed coverings had stains. The toilet doesn't have a door

The bar and restaurant was nice and the food was excellent.

The room was a weird set up for making cuppas. Kettle cord stretched to limit. Would've liked more tea, coffee etc. No soap holder in shower recess and shower was a bit grubby. Toilet a bit wobbly. No ashstray so used empty can. Tables outside would've been nice also. No mattress protector on beds, sheets kept sliding off.
