Plenty of room..quiet

The room we stayed in was very nice 👍 The lady working at the Lobby was very nice 👍

Property was very quite and very clean.

The air conditioning did not work and they were unable to change us rooms until the next day.

Loved the Sedona location- Village of Oak Creek. Gorgeous red rocks, quiet, decent food choices. Tasty breakfast- one hot choice. Food area could be more polished. Unopened boxes of stock items visible. Carrot cake was delicious. One fruit bowl- raspberries were tired. Quaker oatmeal packets, white bread- very basic. Loved the small “meditation area.” The Egg Chair Swing was a bonus. Pool area- unheated pool. Chilly but there is an in-ground hot tub(nice); a portable sauna and cool plunge tub. If you’re older- the lid on plunge pool is a bit heavy and it helps to have some balance to enter. The temperature was chilly- just right. The staff were helpful, efficient. Cathy gets a special shout as does the breakfast chef. Our room was lovely. Really comfortable king bed, lots of room, water for tub could be hotter. Overall, the photos on the website are amazing; the facility rates as a very good. Would we stay here again for the price? Maybe.

Sweet and quiet property....great for couples. Rooms were as pictured....nice layout and nice furniture. Great for a weekend away in Sedona.

Nice rooms and good location

Service for breakfast was disastrous. On Easter Sunday there was no bread, no fruit salad, no cereals, just eggs. Explanation was that they ran out of bread but same was the day before and a bakery and a supermarket is just around the corner. Attitude abysmal, service miserable. Never encountered that kind of behaviour before, Hotel managment took care and refunded percentage of stay which was kind.

Bed - Had the most comfortable sheets. Wish I had asked what brand they were.

We were on the second floor and I did not like walking up the stairs. But once we got there, the views were extraordinary.

Location off the beaten track in Oak Creek. The staff, especially Cathy were great.
