Location and included breakfast. Overall, the place was clean with good beds and a fair value. Staff was working hard to satisfy a lot of people.

If being around unruly, undisciplined children and their entitled parents is a trigger for you, you should probably look elsewhere for your accommodations. Very disappointed that the advertised fire pits and jacuzzis were not accessible due to uncleared snow.

Perfect if you go to Stratton The jacuzzi at night after a ski session is perfect. Breakfast is delicious and Erin is very nice!

Fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Met a nice couple from Sweden, enjoyed conversations with other guests.

Eggs and bacon instead of just hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Needed more protein options.
