Queen Anne Bed And Breakfast

Loved this place! All of the staff were so nice, I had a hectic schedule and they made sure I could get a breakfast (which was excellent) before I had to leave. My room was super cute. Would stay again!

It is a very unique house in a good neighborhood. Less than 1 mile from the state capitol, about 1 mile to Coors Field. The people were fantastic from the minute we were at the front door until we finished our last breakfast. One of our favorite experiences.

The staff was super friendly. The room was fun and modern although the tv was quite small and there were no adapters to charge phones. The soaking tub in Suite 4 was amazing. Overall, a great stay!

It really is a hidden gem. Old world charm and style with really lovely genuine staff. The rooms are all different in style and very comfortable. My only criticism is that an extra shelf in the bathroom would help. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi bath big enough for two with shower. For Brits travelling the Queen Anne has tea, yes tea with a kettle and real not flavoured milk! Fresh cookies are available each day. After a long journey it is heaven found. Parking is down the back of the house. On arrival you're given the full tour. Note there is no life for your bags. Staff will help with bags. Location is good for the Italian restaurant coptra over the other side of the park. A pizza place is just down the road, very basic but do fresh pizza. Fantastic place to stay our house keeper was Lisa, who also gave the recipe for Lemon Crinkle Cookies that are to die for, very morish. Lisa suggest we get the recipe book Sally's Baking 101 Cookbook available on Amazon is USA and UK. UK has 3 months lead time. Breakfast is cooked individually for you and is really good. You can eat in or in the garden at the back of the b& b

My wife and I went for an anniversary getaway and we had a great time staying here. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed eating it in their beautiful flower garden. There was some annoying construction going on next door but we would definitely stay here again. Also, 10 minute walk to 16th street is nice!
