Hoffman Haus

Loved our room and the area. We arrived at 4:45PM. The office closes at 4PM, so we had to call the after hours number to get instructions on how to access our room. It was easy, but we did not have instructions or the access code to get into the Great Hall. I was told that we should have received an email with instructions. Unfortunately, we did not receive that email. Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. I loved that they equipped it with local products (soaps, body wash, shampoo, coffee, etc) from local area. Also, the breakfast was very nice and just the right amount of food. Very delicious. We would definitely stay here again despite our rocky start with check-in...

Very comfortable and homey. Was a nice detour on our way home. Would love to try out the spa when we have more time.

Lovely stay. Perhaps a rug in the living room area would absorb some of the sound, thus giving the television a better experience.

Wonderful stay in a unique setting. The room we stayed in was fantastic and super clean and cosy. Breakfast each day was a highlight. I thoroughly recommend checking them out and I will be staying here again when back in Fredericksburg.

Everything was perfect! Check-in was quick and simple and everyone was very welcoming. Our room was so comfortable and spacious, spotless too. We loved the coffee and tea provided from Caliche Coffee and the breakfasts were amazing!

Our trip was amazing from check-in to check-out. Excellent customer service, wonderful rooms, wonderful massage, delicious chocolate chip cookies provided at check-in! Super clean house, gave us extra water and coffee when requested. Wonderful stay!!

The room we stayed in, Evening Star, was so cute. It was like staying in a log cabin. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfasts that were brought each morning to our doorstep in a basket! The noise on the street was noticeable especially early in the morning, but we have a white noise machine which helped to make that less noticeable. Would definitely stay there again.
