"Excellent"

The room was big, the place was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small water leak from the shower in the bathroom, but overall, I had a good night’s rest.

Everyone was really nice and made us feel welcome. Expect one lady at the front desk she was kind of rude. Other then that we enjoyed our stay

"Overall, no real complaints. Best feature: Proximity to the airport."

Fits more along the lines of a motel, rather than a hotel. PROS: Clean bedding. Clean bathroom. Fridge & microwave. CONS: Dated furniture and fixtures. Slow elevator.

Not the fault of the establishment but I will say that the people in the room next door, yelled and cussed most of the night.

Everything is fantastic,..except the elevator is way too slow, prefer the stairs to used...pleas3 upgrade your elevator..

the room was dated and smelled musty. pillows and blankets were old and smelled old. the room felt like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, dust bunnies in corners and around the furniture. and the chairs were super dirty.

My friends and I enjoyed the balcony and the TV in the room. The room was spacious, clean with few imperfections, and provided lots of space for my friends. The complementary breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was a great feature. Alcohol and food can be purchased at the Foodys and KFC next door so the hotel was in a convenient spot. Would recommend this hotel again for the next visit.

The picture and the actual property were totally different. Construction inside, noisy, and dirty. Customer service terrible, they argued for over 1 hour with non English speaking Korean customer in the lobby about a missing small hand towel. Front desk speaking in Filipino openly about the difficult Korean. Non accommodating with early check in. Pool old, hallways dirty, bathroom dirty. Could not stay there and I wanted my money back. !!!
