SureStay by Best Western Guam Airport

The location was ok, not too far from the main town, not too busy, useful shops and gas stations nearby, our room had its own laundry room (very useful for a group of five), they were able to accommodate a fifth person by providing a roll-in bed, they have good car rental rates (I booked a brand new 2025 Nissan Rogue for $54 a day which was really worth it). The staff was really nice and helpful from the front desk, to house keeping, to maintenance. We didn't spot any roaches.

Right by the airport runway, so very noisy. I note that the hotel had just switched management and improvements to the facilities were being done during our stay, so several things were missing - We had to request vacuuming as one of my children was asthmatic, it was missing a telephone, the smoke detector kept beeping (but that was replaced right away when we checked in, so thanks a lot for that) our room didn't have a telephone until we left, the Roku tv couldn't play anything except YouTube, noise from the renovations, our room was right by the pool, so also noisy when in use, the elevator looked old, was very slow, and didn't smell fresh all the time. Shuttle service wasn't available during our arrival and departure times. These comments aren't meant to smear the hotel, but to serve as a check list for improvements, which I believe are underway. My opinion is that it has great opportunities for improvement and I'm even excited to see the results. If my family were to have another vacation in Guam, SureStay would be a strong contender on our list for accommodations and car rental. We greatly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

Staff were nice and professional. Saw some renovations done in some areas. Room was clean, although bathroom does need some renovating.

They have a shuttle but the price on booking $15 vers the price I was charged $25

They don’t clean when the rooms when wanting but then they will remove stuff from your room Water shot off for 2 days from 10 am to 6 pm for 2 plus days but no rebustment but they charge you for everything No breakfast and endless construction .

Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the comfy bed, close location to the airport and the nice rooftop pool. However, it wasnt clean, lots of renovation noise (and water interruption), breakfast was a meat sandwich in a plastic takeaway container, and the staff were friendly but not super helpful. Lowest price we could find on Guam, but not sure I'd stay again.

I was in Guam on business and this hotel was really close to the airport but kind of in the middle of the drive to other places. The property is in the middle of renovations by a new owner and it's clearly an old property. The staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel has the vibe of an old motel that's being fixed up. Once the renovations are done, it'll be a great place to stay because it's between a variety of places to go, so it's convenient from that perspective. The cost was reasonable considering it's not in the resort area and it's close to the airport, but it wasn't quite worth the money yet--it will be after the renovations and once the hotel is up to Best Western standards. I might stay there again in the future, but it'll depend on other hotels' prices.
