Sehr schöne Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den See und Lugano. Exzellentes Essen im Gourmet Restaurant! Generell sehr freundliches Personal

Leider ist die Dusche in diesem Zimmer sehr klein und mit einem Vorhang ausgestattet. Das habe ich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel noch nie angetroffen! Sehr umständlicher Zugang zum Zimmer.

"Stunning landscapes"

Waking up to the glorious shimmering lake and dramatic mountains , made it hard to leave. Restaurants were professional and food was delicious and decadent.

Excellent stay. Gorgeous property, service is world class. Made our entire stay - highly recommend. I looked at several other luxury hotels in Lugano and so glad I chose this one. The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. The fine dining restaurant was tremendous, best meal we had during our stay. 5 stars
