The staff was kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and considering it is on the highway, it was quiet. The property is quite dated and needs a serious upgrade. Breakfast choices were very limited and the coffee was not so good, ( bitter). They are a chain, so I assume they have to provide what corporate supplies them with. I cleaned the coffee maker in the room and used store bought Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

"The room was nice but the attitude and personality of the management was terrible."

The breakfast was mediocre and the staff would not let my husband bring me a little breakfast-- I am disabled and need assistance in the mornings- my husband went to bring some breakfast up to me and they told him he couldnt.

Staff atitudes towards us-- the manager told us we had to leave the lobby because they were cleaning the breakfast area- so we said we would move over by the front desk and wait for our room to be ready and the manager said, "no you have to leave the whole building" and then he told us to wait in the car which was just plain rude. They even charged us an extra $44 to check in at 11 am instead of 2 pm. Yet we had to sit in the car and wait.
