Stay was great. Only issue was that family members had a small dog so they had to find different hotel due to not being pet friendly. Need to have better information on amenities for hotel. Other than that, room was huge for only $75 a night. Sleeps 6 easily!!

"Cheap stay equals cheap hotel "

One night stay, family trip. Stained bedspreads on both beds, wall paper coming off the walls, toilet loose from the floor, ac barely cooled the room. Just a bad choice of hotel.

"Nice enough but smelled like cigs"

Had a friendly welcome by the gent at front desk & a nice swift check-in. The room was nicely presented, but smelt like ciggies. For what is supposed to be a non smoking room there are guests who are clearly chuffing away without a care. I found cig ash behind the bedside table when I needed to use the socket. Clamp down on this & it would be lovely.

Their staff was exceptional. Room was clean & beds were very comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day & towels restocked. This hotel was in an older industrial area, but was in a convenient location for Louisville downtown. They seem to be working hard to revamp the hotel & update it.

I guess when the saying you pay for what you get, rings true here. The rooms were cheap and we figured it couldn’t be that bad for one nights sleep (we were traveling through)….we were wrong. The sheets were stained and holy. Walls were filthy and wall paper was peeling off, rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and the bedspread cover had burn makers in it. Road noise is very loud as well. Front desk staff was very very nice, probably the only positive of this place.
