Close to house but won’t be coming here again

Staff didn’t know anything about 3rd party booking apps. was judged, and denied entry after clearing showing them receipts that I paid and confirmation. I had to pay 50 cents more then? Out of pocket? Ants everywhere? Couldn’t leave pizza out because of the bugs. Horrible experience. Looking to get my refund asap. Bug, ants everywhere Not heated hallways, so freezing temperatures when getting out of pool to go back to Your hotel Room. Charged my credit card so many times I’m so frustrated

The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. The breakfast was great. It was on the high side of what you expect at this type of hotel: Cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, and yogurt. What elevated it was the service. Food items were refilled in good time, with no one asking. The area was very clean, including the tables. Well done.
